Flounder’s is proud to announce that Hiro Muramatsu has joined our team to bring you fabulous sushi on Pensacola Beach. Hiro San attended the International Cooking School in Nagoya, Japan, where he received his chef’s license. Hiro San moved to the United States in 1985 and began his American career at Yamato Oriental Cuisine. Hiro San joined McGuire Management Group in the summer of 2015 and was instrumental in the opening of McGuire’s Sushi in Destin, Florida. Hiro San has over 30 years experience as a Master Sushi Chef.
